When we finally said we were ready to buy a house, he moved quick and succinctly. We have never had such incredible customer service in any buying process before or since. He also has many connections for different kinds of inspections, which truly helped in the due diligence process. Allen knocks it out of the park! He's a super knowledgeable with navigating the real estate market in the Raleigh Durham area. He helped my wife and I purchase our home in Durham. Then, when we were ready to sell and buy a home in Wake Forest he helped guide us every step of the way. He's not pushy like some real estate agents, and you can tell he's a genuinely nice person.
