Beliefs

"Team Encompass was created to bring together individuals who share a set of beliefs. Beliefs that empower them to make your real estate experience more than just a transaction. To infuse the process with love and kindness."

Founder of Encompass

Magic

What has created generations of Disney fans? Magic. At Team Encompass, we believe in creating magic — going that extra mile to make transactions easier, experiences more memorable, and relationships stronger. Magic is in the air here!

Charity

In addition to supporting local charities through monetary donations, we volunteer our time and resources to causes that are personal to us. Join us in serving our community!

Team

We handpick people who have that special something: energy, creativity, and a passion for helping.

You

The goal is to make your real estate buying or selling experience the best it can possibly be..whatever that means to you.

Simplicity

We do what we say we'll do. We listen. We strive to create seamless real estate transactions every day.

#BeBetter

We are never satisfied with the status quo. Whether it's working to streamline our systems and processes, taking the best training classes that can be found, finding more effective ways to serve you, or simply learning to better balance work/home/family/lives, we are always seeking ways to #BeBetter.

Charity

We're passionate about supporting our community through local and international charities. Learn about the organizations that mean the most to us.

Door of Hope

Thanks to a local church and caring volunteers, the Door of Hope ministry has saved nearly 2,000 abandoned babies in Johannesburg, South Africa. Allen Smith's parents adopted the first child rescued through the Door of Hope.

Rebuilding Together

This charity not only rebuilds homes that have fallen into disrepair but also rebuilds the lives of people in need. Formed in 1973 by a group of neighbors in Texas, Rebuilding Together now serves communities throughout the United States.

The Red Balloon Project

After Scott Wittig heard that a family friend's daughter had an inoperable tumor, he and co-founder Allen Smith created The Red Balloon Project to support kids who are fighting serious illnesses.

Military Missions in Action

This NC-based organization supports veterans, active military service members, and their families through a number of programs, one of which focuses on outfitting homes to be fully accessible.

Operation Coming Home

Through this organization, Go Realty and Garman Homes were able to provide a new home in Knightdale Station for the family of a fallen soldier. The home was no cost to the family.
